We offer a strong apprenticeship program, so even if you have no prior experience in fire protection, we provide hands-on mentorship, daily ride-a-longs, opportunities to shadow licensed technicians as they do work for our customers, and a 6-month paid apprenticeship. As you near the end of your apprenticeship, if both you and we are a good fit, we’ll cover the cost of classroom instruction and textbooks for the necessary licensing exams in the State of Texas. If you pass the exams, we’ll offer you a full-time position with us.

Just a couple of quick guidelines and rules for the apprenticeship program.

- You must live in or near San Antonio, TX, as relocation expenses are not covered.
- You must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Compensation is based on experience, education, and relevant licenses.
- A background check and random drug testing are required.
- To qualify, you must have been honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Space Force.
